All I got to say is I am glad I was recommended to Steve Lopez. Coming off an ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair you have a lot of insecurities and doubt even returning to sports. Especially at 30 years old. I had already finished all my physical therapy but my knee never felt strong. I was recommended by my physical therapist to weight train to strengthen my leg. That’s where Steve Lopez comes into play. I am glad he was recommended to me. As a person who does not lift, I didn’t know what to do and lacked motivation. Steve is amazing at what he does.
