Hi, I’m Steve a personal trainer who helps people build muscle, gain strength, and feel better both physically and mentally.

My journey started after a serious car accident that left me with a broken hip, a dislocated Femur, and a tough battle with MRSA, a dangerous infection. I went through years of therapy, it helped me get back on my feet but the inner drive in me knew I could recover faster and better. I felt stuck and Frustrated, but I refuse to give in.

Instead, I learned from experts in sports, yoga, therapy, and bodybuilding. I took all the best ideas and created something that finally worked, a program I call Be F.L.O.W.

Be F.L.O.W. is about more than just fitness. Its about:

  • Mobility – learning to move better and with less pain
  • Conditioning – building stamina and energy
  • Strength – becoming physically and mentally strong

 

I  believe movement is a gift and we should never take is for granted. To grow stronger, we first need to move well. That’s why I create custom programs for each person I work with. Everyone is different, so your plan should fit your body and your goals.
